CRT are currently experiencing difficulties with the swing bridge over Vale Royal Lock. Therefore navigation through the lock is currently closed until further notice. 

Boaters can still navigate up through Hunts and wind below Vale Royal. Alternatively, there is a nice mooring below Vale Royal to spend the night.

The bin pontoon has been removed from the Canal & River Trust Repair Yard in Northwich. CRT are re-locating the bins and we'll update once this is complete.
