Essentially, like the canal, you are allowed to moor anywhere on the towpath along the Weaver Navigation. However, in the popular locations CRT have provided official moorings. See the list here.
Like any river, there is the possibility of flooding. However, the Weaver is a well controlled navigation as it is sluice controlled. Therefore, CRT can adjust the levels accordingly. The Weaver won't suddenly flood overnight.

Please be advised all bridges along the Weaver Navigation are capable of being swung to allow for tall vessels to navigate through.
